Over three months, you'll gain practical experience, structured training and ongoing support while working at one of the UK's leading communications and reputation management consultancies. This programme is intended for individuals seeking to start a career in communications. It is aimed at those with little or no professional experience in the sector and focuses on developing foundational skills.

As an intern, you'll gain exposure to a wide range of communications disciplines and learn from consultants working on some of the most important business, policy and reputation challenges facing organisations today. Whether you're interested in public relations, media relations, public affairs, corporate communications, campaigns, financial services communications or reputation management, this internship provides a practical introduction to agency life.

This is a hybrid role, with interns expected to work from our London office (24A St John St, Barbican, London EC1M 4AY) every Tuesday and Thursday, as well as additional days as and when required.

The programme is designed to provide a pathway into future communications careers. While we cannot guarantee permanent roles, interns may be considered for suitable opportunities at Lansons in the future.
Yes. Interns will support client teams and contribute to a variety of projects throughout the programme.
The internship is a full-time position. Our standard working hours are 9am – 5.30pm.
Each intern will be assigned a ‘buddy’ and a manager to support them. You'll also receive structured onboarding, training and regular feedback throughout the programme.
