It's going to be a year stacked full of contradictions for the financial services industry.

With the cost of living rising, war in Europe and a lingering pandemic still to emerge from, it will be a tough year for lots of people. But for the Financial Services industry, it will be relatively prosperous.

Hosted by Lansons Executive Chair, Tony Langham, discussing...
  • Do most financial services live their purpose or is there often a gap between words and deeds?
  • How to make purpose last by embedding it within culture
  • Going public with your purpose, the do's and don'ts
...and joined by:
  • Claire Blackwell, Chief Client & Reputation Officer at St. James’s Place
  • Jake Ranson, Chief Customer Officer, Amigo Loans
  • Raj Kumar, Group Brand & Reputation Director, Aviva
  • Sarah Boon, Managing Director, Corporate Affairs, UK Finance
