London & New York - Lansons is pleased to announce the appointment of Brigitte Trafford as Senior Advisor. Brigitte has been instrumental in shaping corporate affairs strategies at global institutions and brings a wealth of experience from her distinguished career, most recently serving as Chief Corporate Affairs and Marketing Officer for the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG).

At Lansons, Brigitte will enrich the firm’s capabilities at board-level, bringing strategic insights and a global perspective to tackling complex corporate challenges.

During her tenure at LSEG, Brigitte played a pivotal role in steering the FTSE15 organisation through significant milestones. This included the successful $27bn acquisition of Refinitiv, a global reset of the corporate affairs and marketing function, creating coherence in the brand strategy and leading its first-ever global brand campaign.

Prior to LSEG, Brigitte held leadership positions at Virgin Media, ICAP, Lloyds Banking Group, ITV plc, and Dow Jones & Company.

Outside of her corporate roles, Brigitte is a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company's development council, is a Non-Executive Director at Enterprise Alumni, serves on the Advisory Board of NewsGuard Technologies, and is this year’s chair of The Seminar, a US-based distinguished forum for the world’s most senior corporate affairs executives.

“I’m delighted to be joining Lansons. As a client I’ve seen and benefitted first-hand from the quality of their strategic thinking, execution capabilities and genuine teamwork. The opportunity of working with Gordon and the rest of the team again was too good to pass up. I look forward to helping them achieve their ambitious growth plans.”
