A sought-after speaker and advisor; Shereen is Managing Director of the global anti-racism and racial equity advisory firm, HR rewired and the bestselling author of The Anti-Racist Organisation: Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Workplace.
With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Shereen advises Lansons' clients on how to make improvements within their businesses to accelerate racial equality and diversity.
Over a 17-year period, Shereen has led HR teams within some of the UK’s most well-known brands, including Carphone Warehouse, Caffe Nero and Greene King before embarking on an MP Leadership Programme with the House of Commons and Operation Black Vote.
Shereen then went on to found HR rewired, a universal HR, anti-racism and racial equity advisory firm for global brands with a desire to transform experiences for those who are most impacted by racism. She is currently Managing Director.
Drawing on her extensive experience, Shereen released her first bestselling book The Anti-Racist Organisation: Dismantling Systemic Racism in the Workplace, which highlights and contextualises racism in the workplace and offers frameworks to accelerate racial equity in business.
Shereen also plays an integral role in lobbying for and supporting the business activity of black female entrepreneurs as the Chair of the African Diaspora Economic Inclusion Foundation and Founder of Advancing Racial Equity Conference Series.
