We are looking for an Account Executive, with flexibility to appoint at Senior Account Executive level depending on experience.
Whether you are already working at AE or SAE level, or you are an AE ready to take the next step, this role offers real responsibility, exposure to senior colleagues and clients, and the opportunity to develop quickly with support around you. You will play a key role in building strong client relationships and delivering thoughtful, high-quality work across our accounts.
What you will be doing
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, keeping day-to-day activity moving, coordinating actions and helping programmes run smoothly.
- Taking clear ownership of elements of client projects and programmes, delivering work that meets objectives and feels joined up and well considered.
- Developing a strong understanding of each client’s business, sector and reputation, and using that knowledge to contribute confidently in meetings.
- Staying on top of relevant issues and industry trends, tracking coverage, analysing insights, spotting opportunities and starting to suggest story ideas and angles.
- Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers and other stakeholders, and using your growing network to help secure media opportunities.
- Creating clear, engaging content, from press releases and media briefings to blogs, thought leadership and client communications, adapting tone and style for different audiences.
- Getting involved in new business opportunities, from research and insights through to supporting the development of presentations
What we are looking for
We are less interested in ticking every box and more interested in potential. That said, you will likely:
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal
- Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach and manage competing deadlines well
- Enjoy working as part of a team, supporting others, sharing ideas and asking questions
- Build positive, professional relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
- Be AI-aware and digitally confident, with an interest in social and emerging tools
Interested but not sure you meet every requirement?
We value curiosity, potential and transferable skills over ticking every box on a CV. If you are excited by the role and think you could thrive here, we would love to hear from you.
What we offer
- A dedicated career manager to support your development and progression
- Hybrid working, with two days per week in our London office, with additional office time as required for client work
- 24 days’ holiday, increasing by one day per year up to a maximum of 33 days
- Milestone holiday, an extra 10 days for every five years’ service
- Private medical insurance
- Pension scheme
- Critical illness cover and Life assurance

Our process typically includes first and second stage interviews. Please note, whilst we carefully review every application, we may not be able to respond to all candidates individually.
