Tom also covers asset management for The Telegraph and intermittently helps out with coverage of the insurance sector and hedge funds. His reporting extends to government policy towards public markets and financial regulation more broadly, looking at how it affects both consumers and the corporate world. Tom often finds himself writing about the London stock market, including the fallout from major market events like the recent "Saaspocalypse." He has won the European Parliament's Daphne Caruana Galizia prize for journalism and was named one of MHP's 30 To Watch young journalists. Tom previously worked as a business reporter at The Times, where he covered trade.
