Lansons FSF Event Restructure marketing and communications 2025 1200px

Restructures are increasingly shaping our industry.

Over half of all marketing and communications professionals work in organisations that have restructured marketing in the last 12 months*, and it’s possible that the rest work in functions that are soon to be restructured.

How should organisations go about restructuring – and what are the lessons we can learn from what’s happened so far?

In this two-part session we’ll have a focused panel debate among senior leaders Emma Byrne (Investec), Suzanne Collins (TrinityBridge) and Gordon Tempest-Hay (Access Partnership), that have orchestrated and lived through their own restructures. We'll then hear from Matthew Heath, Invesco CMO Americas & EMEA on his experience of restructures from his time on different sides of the fence, inside leading organisations and at agencies including M&C Saatchi and WWAV Rapp Collins.

This event brings together senior voices who’ve navigated these changes first-hand to share practical lessons and insights.
