LONDON - Lansons has launched a new paid internship programme designed to widen access to careers in communications and create opportunities for talented individuals who may not have previous experience of the industry.

Successful applicants will spend three months working alongside Lansons consultants on real client work, while also gaining exposure to business development and marketing initiatives.

The three-month programme will provide interns with hands-on experience across the breadth of Lansons’ offer including corporate communications, public affairs, campaigns and reputation management, alongside structured training, mentoring and professional development across key skills including media relations, digital communications, research, and the application of artificial intelligence in communications.

The programme is intended for individuals seeking to start a career in communications. It is aimed at those with little or no professional experience in the sector and focuses on developing foundational skills.

The internship programme forms part of Lansons' wider commitment to developing future talent and supporting greater social mobility within the communications profession.

Applications are now open here and close on 15 July 2026.
